As we kick off another inspiring year, we are beyond excited to welcome back returning Hermanitas participants and encourage new faces to join us on this journey of growth, learning, and sisterhood. For those who are new here, Hermanitas is not just a program; it’s a community dedicated to empowering young women, giving you the tools, mentorship, and support you need to dream big, aim high, and thrive. The program is open to young ladies ages 8-18 years old.
This year, we’re building on our mission to uplift and support each participant to grow academically, personally, and professionally. From interactive workshops and mentorship sessions to cultural celebrations and community service, each activity is designed to help them develop leadership skills, build confidence, and make connections that will last a lifetime.
Whether they are a returning Hermanita or a potential new member, we encourage you to dive in, stay curious, and embrace every opportunity. This is your space to find inspiration, to learn from others, and to grow into the incredible young women you’re destined to be.
