On December 15th, 2022 our very own Martha Cardenas-Singh was sworn-in as El Centro's 4th Latina Mayor of El Centro since 1908! WOW. MANA de Imperial Valley is very proud of Martha's accomplishments and the dedication she has to our community. She is an example to all young ladies!
